Add askmyGP as a App to your Smartphone
Patients already registered with an askmyGP account can add the askmyGP app to their smartphone home screen by following the instructions below.
If you do not have an account, please register first. Then, come back to this page and follow the steps below.
To enable push notifications within the askmyGP app, click on the three horizontal lines menu in the top right-hand corner of the page, and select the green “Enable Notifications” button
For iOS (iPhone/iPad):

Open Safari:
- Go to the Waterfront Medical Centre website and log in to askmyGP.

Tap the Share Button:
- This is the square icon with an upward arrow, usually found at the bottom of the screen.

Add to Home Screen:
- Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.”

Confirm:
- Tap “Add” in the upper-right corner.
- Tap “Add” in the upper-right corner.
For Android:

Open Your Browser:
- Go to the Waterfront Medical Centre website and log in to askmyGP.

Open the Menu:
- Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner.

Add to Home Screen:
- Select “Add to Home Screen.”

Confirm:
- Tap “Add” when prompted.
