Practice Nurses
Janine Jones
I graduated as a Qualified Nurse from Cardiff University in 2014. I spent 2 years in hospital in acute surgical wards and acute medicine. Following this I have worked much of my career within the community around Cardiff and the Vale as a District Nurse and General Practice Nurse. I have a Specialist Practice Qualification in General Practice Nursing, which I completed in 2021. My specialist interests in practice include wound care, diabetes and respiratory care. I am currently working towards qualifications in COPD and Asthma care. Outside of work I enjoy playing netball, travelling, paddle boarding, photography and spending time with family and friends.
Rachel Reilly
I graduated as a qualified nurse from University of South Wales in 2021. I have previous experience in District Nursing, Practice Nursing and Chronic Conditions Management Nursing mainly within the Bridgend locality. I have a passion for the management of chronic conditions, including diabetes and respiratory reviews. I enjoy walking my dog and spending time with family and friends.
