Waterfront Medical Centre is now connected to the NHS Wales App which allows you to access NHS services such as reordering your repeat prescriptions, access to parts of your medical record, NHS 111 advice and organ and blood donation services.

To access GP services online via the App you must have a fully verified NHS login, or valid photo ID to set one up, and be aged 16 or over.

Patients still wishing to register for My health Online can continue to do so, however at some point in the future (date to be confirmed) My Health Online will be retired, and all registered users who want to continue to access services online will need to register for the NHS Wales App. 

Please note, the NHS Wales App is separate to the Surgery App.
