The Waterfront Medical Practice was formed in 2007 and currently provides healthcare to a patient population of over 12,500. The Practice was formerly known as the Towers Surgery which was based on Holton Road, however, this was replaced in 2007 by built premises which are located a couple of minutes walk from the waterfront. The Practice is a non-limited Partnership owned by Dr J Stroud, Dr W Cheung and Dr T Rogers.

The doctors and staff at the Waterfront Medical Centre are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We are a progressive primary care organisation focused on providing high-quality services and care for our patients.

The practice is made up of a multidisciplinary team consisting of 3 GP Partners, 4 Salaried GPs a clinical pharmacist, a pharmacy technician, an advanced nurse practitioner, three practice nurses and two healthcare assistants. There is a wide range of specialist skills amongst clinicians ranging from Paediatrics, Diabetes, Respiratory conditions,  Sexual Health and Musculoskeletal medicine. We are also a training practice and frequently have GP registrars on rotation annually. We also undertake the vocational training of medical students and nurse students.

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including minor surgery, childhood vaccinations, as well as coil and implant services.
